These Messaging Terms govern the SMS text message program operated by Shoplog, a d/b/a of Pittsburgh Security Services, LLC. By opting in, you agree to these terms.

Shoplog.

Program description

The Shoplog SMS program sends transactional text messages to customers about their service with us. Messages relate only to your account and project; this is not a marketing or promotional program.

How to opt in

After you become a customer, you receive an email with an "Allow SMS updates" button. Selecting it and confirming on the page it opens enrolls you and records your consent. You are never enrolled without this confirmation.

Message types you may receive

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project milestone and status updates
• Review requests
• A booking-link reply after a missed call

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and project activity.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. Shoplog does not charge for the messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply based on your plan.

To opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. After you send STOP, you receive one confirmation message and then no further texts, unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
