This Privacy Policy describes how Shoplog ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by Pittsburgh Security Services, LLC d/b/a Shoplog, collects, uses, and protects the information you provide when you contact us through shoplog.build.

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect:

• Your business type
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Any message you choose to include

How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to:

• Respond to your inquiry about our services
• Schedule and conduct consultations
• Send you information relevant to the services you expressed interest in
• Communicate with you via SMS, if you have provided your phone number and consented to receive text messages

SMS/Mobile Messaging

What we collect and why. If you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number so we can send you transactional text messages about your service with Shoplog. We obtain your mobile number only through your explicit opt-in, and we use it only to send the message types listed below.

How you opt in. After you become a customer, you receive an email with an "Allow SMS updates" button. Selecting it and confirming on the page it opens records your consent, along with the date, time, and the number you confirmed. You are never enrolled in SMS without this confirmation.

Message types you may receive:

• Appointment confirmations and reminders
• Project milestone and status updates
• Review requests
• A booking-link reply after a missed call

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also reach us at hello@shoplog.build.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information and sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information only with:

• Service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., SMS delivery platforms, scheduling tools), bound by confidentiality obligations
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law

We retain your contact information for as long as necessary to provide services or respond to your inquiry, and as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@shoplog.build.
