Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of shoplog.build and the services sold through it. Shoplog is operated by Pittsburgh Security Services, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company doing business as Shoplog ("Shoplog," "we," "us").

What we provide

Shoplog provides marketing software and services for local businesses: Google Business Profile visibility reports and map-ranking scans, websites, call tracking and reporting, review tools, and related services described on this site. The free 25-point map scan produces a report of where your business appears in Google Maps results at the time of the scan; it is a measurement, not a promise of future results.

No ranking guarantees

Google decides its own search results. We measure where you appear, we do work intended to improve it, and we report the numbers. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, placement, traffic level, or revenue outcome, and you should not trust anyone who does.

Billing and refunds

Paid plans bill monthly at the price agreed when you sign up. If you are not happy after your first month, we refund it. You can cancel any time; cancellation stops the next billing cycle and your service continues through the period you already paid for.

Your responsibilities

You confirm the business information you give us is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the business. Where our services involve your Google Business Profile or other third-party accounts, you keep ownership of those accounts, and their providers' terms also apply to you.

Communications

If you give us your phone number or email, we may contact you about the services you asked about. SMS messaging is governed by our Messaging Terms. Every marketing email we send includes a working way to opt out.

Limits of liability

Our total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for changes third parties such as Google make to their platforms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

Changes

If we change these terms, the date at the top changes with them, and continued use of the services means you accept the updated terms.
